Greyhound Retail Park – removing an existing and constructing a new facade in an operational retail store proved to be a fun and challenging project, along with a late variation to dramatically increase the work load also provided a nice challenge that myself and the team relished. Through the use of technical knowledge, good client, tenant and contractor relationships the project was ultimately a roaring success and has led to similar projects being undertaking at the retail park.
Assisting senior members of staff of project managing and building consultancy jobs including new build student accommodation, retail unit and care home.
Sage Gateshead, construction of a state of the art music venue, on a tricky site in an iconic north east location would have been a pleasure and something I would have been proud to work on. Throw in a state of the art acoustic design and a world renowned architectural practice and you have the one project that I wanted to work on.
