As part of the continual development of the Trinity Leeds Shopping Centre, specifically the eastern area (formerly Leeds Plaza area), Projex were appointed to assist in the development and realisation of a number of enhancements. These included the re-desgn of Albion Street Mall lighting, including installation of feature colour changing lighting, feature entrance wash lighting, enhanced signage and surface finishes. Working closely with a specialist design term (Cord Design and Velvet Principle) and the client, Landsec: Projex managed the collation of the design intent information, tendered the works and subsequent contract administration in order to manage the project from conception through to completion. All of the works were undertaken out of hours with minimal disruption to the Centre during one of the busiest trading periods. Project value circa £500,000. Completed December 2016.
