Management of the detailed design process with The Harris Partnership Architects, BWB Consulting Engineers and MRB Consulting and negotiating tenant specification with Dunelm for incorporation into Agreements for Lease. Production of Employer’s Requirements for negotiated tender with Morgan Sindall. The Landlord enabling works provided re-configured units to create a larger retail unit for Dunelm. The works comprised of constructing a new internal dividing partition to create an enlarged retail unit by over-sheeting the existing roof covering, upgrading elevations and the construction of a new entrance features along with minor modifications to external paved/car parking areas.
