Adam was originally employed as a year out placement student with Projex in 2011. During this time, he provided assistance to directors and other senior members of the team on a range of instructions from traditional building surveying services to residential and commercial new build project management.
After graduating university in 2013, Adam went on to work for an international building consultancy firm focusing on consultancy services and project management.
In 2015, Adam rejoined the Projex team and assisted directors on the delivery of a new cinema complex to an existing shopping centre. Adam also managed the delivery of a speculative office development in Leeds which went on to win the national BCO award for office developments less than 15,000 sq ft category.
In 2016, Adam was seconded from Projex to the UK’s largest property development company, Land Securities Properties Ltd as a client-side project manager. During this time, Adam worked on various retail and commercial schemes including the reconfiguration of a former BHS store to secure new leisure and retail lettings for Trinity, Leeds.
