A graduate from Northumbria University, James is already proving an invaluable help on several key projects. With a background in residential and renewables, he is gaining valuable practical and commercial experience supporting the teams working on some of the UK’s major retail and leisure developments.
Phase 1 of Rushden Lakes Retail Park, Northamptonshire. The project comprises the construction of a £39 million retail/leisure development on behalf of LxB Retail Properties. Coming on to the project as works on site had just commenced, I have been assisting with the tenant liaison and project management. Observing the progress from week to week has made this an extremely enjoyable project to be a part of.

- Strip out and formation of self-contained unit, Trinity Car Park, Leeds – £300k.
- Dilapidations of a high-street retail unit in Worcester.
- UK-wide residential surveys for domestic renewables company.
After stumbling upon the Dancing House in Prague last year, creation of a building with similar architectural intelligence would be a pleasure to work on.
