Projex were instructed to undertake a pre-acquisition survey of the property which identified the condition of the property and necessary repairs needed to bring the building back in to full FRI condition. Projex were then instructed to undertake the recommended repairs and strip-out of un-used space, including roof repairs, window replacements and general building maintenance. The works were specified to bring the building up to a sound state of repair and a condition ready for new incoming tenants.
The site is within Kendal’s main high street meaning public interface is at the forefront of the management of the works.
Works are due to be completed in March 2021
