Details

Axium is a new build, eight storey residential scheme with basement car parking and situated within the prime city centre location of Windmill Hill.

The residential scheme will consist of 304 high quality apartments with 107 one bedroom apartments and 197 two bedroom apartments with bathroom and en suites. The scheme is situated in a prime city centre location, less than 10 minutes walk from Grand Central train station.

The brownfield site has some complex site constraints including site levels and co-ordination with the site boundary and highways as well as existing structures within the ground which has led to complex ground works design.

Block 1 achieved completion in June 2020 handing over 125 apartments. Works to the two remaining blocks are progressing and are due to complete in 2020.
