Details

Demolition of an existing building and the construction of three 4-5 bedroom detached houses with garages.

Projex have been involved from the outset working through the design and planning stages overcoming tricky planning condition issues.  This involved co-ordinating the design team, working with the statutory authorities for approvals, collating the contract documents and managing the construction phase issuing instructions needed to the Site Manager.
 
The properties are to be constructed in an insulating concrete framework system, increasing the building speed and the thermal insulating values of the properties. The elevations will be clad in a rustic New York style brick slip to help tie the properties into the surrounding rural area. The interior will be fit out with feature oak staircase from the stone floored hallway; the kitchen and living areas will provide generous living areas.
