Party Wall Services
Projex have provided Building Consultancy services in the form of party wall advice to Wrenbrige LLP for a 62,400 sqft industrial unit development.
Proposed works relating to the party wall/structure include the partial demolition of existing retaining structures and construction of new foundations to support car parking of new industrial units. Associated drainage and boundary treatment also formed part of the works package.
Projex liaised with four adjacent building owners, developments civil/structural engineers, architect and the adjoining owners’ appointed surveyor to successfully establish Awards for four properties, in order to facilitate the development of the site.
The site is currently in the early demolition stages and construction due to start February 2019 and completion December 2019.
