Details

As part of the client’s due diligence team (Hogan Lovells, Knight Frank & JLL) Projex were instructed to carry out a pre-acquisition survey of the Clarendon Quarter, Leeds.  The Clarendon Quarter comprises of two buildings, The Court and The Gardens providing Key Worker accommodation to the west of Leeds city centre

The Court is a six-storey building providing 261 studio style apartments and a number of two-bed apartments, including several residential ‘Club Lounges’, extensive communal social space at basement level including a gym and laundry room.

The Gardens is a five-storey building providing 62 apartments with a mixture 1, 2 and 3 beds; both buildings are set within a shared landscaped site, with secure parking facilities provided.

The buildings were acquired August 2020
