Employed by Corstorphine + Wright to provide project wide PD support, we are also providing CDM advisor services to client.
This project consists of the demolition of existing retail units prior to the construction of 10 blocks of varying heights from 4 to 10 storeys; with 1,372 bedroom a management suite, retails space and laundry. All the blocks will have separate plant rooms, bin stores, IT rooms and electrical service rooms. The site will have some ancillary buildings including a bin store, water tank and pump house, cycle shelter, laundry and electric sub-stations complete with generator housing.
Demolition and site clearance of former retail units was achieved at the end of Jan 2019, construction commenced in February 2019 with a completion date of September 2021.
