Works include the demolition of existing buildings upon the property and its remediation and redevelopment by way of the design and construction of a new development upon the property, referred to as Buildings 1 and 2. Comprising of approximately 5,631 m2 of gross internal area of employment space and 75 residential apartments, together with basement, access, servicing, car parking, cycle parking, cycle storage, plant, open space and landscaping, and associated river wall works.
