Construction of a single storey warehouse distribution unit known as Mountpark Bristol 360. The unit is located in an area of Bristol which benefits from planning permission granted in 1957 / 1958 which is valid for specific uses without the need for further applications. The warehouse has a gross internal area of approximately 337,000 sq ft, and in addition two-storey offices of approximately 18,250 sq ft gross internal area, and a shell standard hub 4,000 sq ft gross internal area and gatehouses 375 sq ft gross internal area.
Externally, works consist of general hardstanding, car-parking, landscaping, mains services and drainage. Features include an office roof terrace, PVs and battery storage and ribbon glazing to the warehouse.
Works are currently on site with Winvic and are due to complete Q3 2021
