Details

Mountpark Warrington is located on Omega South, Warrington and is a speculative industrial development, initially consisting of the construction of three units and associated site wide infrastructure works with a fourth unit consented.

  • Unit 1 provides 326,676 ft2 warehouse, 16,213 ft2 office, 3,049 ft2 transport office and 215 ft2 gatehouse together with associated service yard and external works.
  • Unit 2 provides 126,655 ft2 warehouse, 10,308 ft2 office together with associated service yard and external works.
  • Unit 3 provides 83,953 ft2 warehouse, 6,818 ft2 office together with associated service yard and external works.
  • Unit 4 provides 170,967 ft2 warehouse, 12,487 ft2 office together with associated service yard and external works.

The project also includes site servicing, drainage and construction of North-South and East-West access road along with attenuation ponds/swales to the North and South of the plots.

Units 1 – 3 are expected to complete Q4 2018.
