Works include demolishing existing buildings and developing the site as Build to Rent residential apartments delivering 349 new homes with a mix of apartment types and sizes together with a new public space.
The circa £45m scheme comprises of two separated buildings divided by public realm which provides a permeable route for pedestrians from Railway Street to the north, to Saxton Lane to the south. Block A steps up in a sequence of 17, 19 and 21 floors with Block B stepping from 6, 12 and 16 floors at its highest.
Works are due to complete Q3 2021.
