St Lawrence House is a £6.5m conversion. The internal alterations to 11 existing storeys of commercial office space provided 166 no. self-contained studio flats: these included en-suites and a ground floor gym. The scheme is located Bristol’s historic city centre, positioned in a land locked prime which provided complex logistics issues concerning the delivery of the project.
