Professional Due Diligence
Projex were instructed to undertake a building survey of the purpose-built RSA Alliance buildings ahead of a potential acquisition.
St Mark’s Court was constructed in 1991 on the former site of St Mark’s Church which occupies a prominent position in the town centre of Horsham, providing 144,897 sq ft of high-quality office accommodation. The property comprises two main office buildings and is connected by a 4-storey central link building raised above the A281 link road. 444 car parking spaces are provided, split between an underground car park and an additional freehold car park.
The building has planning consent to be converted into 202 residential units. The Projex instruction included establishing any concerns in relation to this conversion from a construction perspective.
