A landmark building which has been revitalised to provide an inspirational working environment in the heart of Peterborough town centre close to shops, restaurants and pubs with excellent transport links.
Works include the sub-division of existing 3,400 sq ft office space within the first floor of zone 2 of the building to form two office spaces measuring 1,640 sq ft (suite 1) and 1,710 sq ft (suite 2). Each office has been fitted out with a tea point kitchen comprising 4no base and wall units together with single bowl sink unit, integrated dishwasher and tiled splashback.
The building works comprised of full strip-out, penetration and fire-stopping, new 100mm dividing partition with acoustic infill plus oak veneered door sets. Full decoration throughout with new skirtings, existing suspended ceiling & tiled carpet flooring reinstated. Additional work included MCWS and drainage to new kitchens together with hot water heater, electrical mains distribution, small power, lighting & emergency lighting, upgrade of existing HVAC system and modification of existing fire alarm & security system.
Works were completed on this phase in November 2019 and Projex have also been appointed as CDMA and PD for the next phase (3rd floor sub-division and WC/shower refurbishment) which is due to commence shortly.
