As part of the continual development of Trinity Leeds Shopping Centre, specifically the eastern area (formerly Leeds Plaza), Projex were appointed to assist in the development and realisation of a number of mall enhancements.
These included the re-design of Albion Street Mall lighting; comprising installation of feature colour changing lights and entrance wash lighting, enhanced signage and surface finishes. Working closely with a specialist design team (Cord Design and Velvet Principle) and the client, Projex managed the collation of the design intent information, tendered the works and subsequent contract administration in order to manage the project from conception through to completion.
All of the works were undertaken out of hours with minimal disruption to the Centre during one of the busiest trading periods. The project value was circa £500,000 and works completed in December 2016.
