The unit is a circa 580,000 sq ft high bay warehouse for a pre-let occupier with 40 dock levellers and two level access doors.
Works include Cat B fit out to main and hub offices and two storey 200,000 sq ft mezzanine with lighting and sprinklers. External works include landscaping and parking bays for 85 heavy goods vehicles.
The scheme follows on from 278 off-site highway contract works undertaken by Winvic in 2018 who were subsequently appointed as main contractor.
Works commenced on site in April 2019 and practical completion was issued May 2020 with the building achieving a BREEAM ‘Outstanding’ rating.
