Details

This high specification unit comprises 59,050 ft² of industrial space, with a clear internal height of 12m and an office block of 4,510 ft². The unit includes 5nr dock levellers, 2nr level access doors, a large secure 40m yard and feature cladding to the entrance elevation. Winvic were appointed to design and build the facility, which achieved a BREEAM ‘Very Good’ rating and EPC A Rating.
