Projex were appointed to undertake the co-ordination of the “return to shell” as part of Landlord works for an ingoing Tenant. Additional to the standard unit strip, enabling works were undertaken for the Tenant incorporation adaptation of the shopping centre mechanical and electrical services to facilitate cutting of floor and roof structures for the Tenant’s ventilation requirements. Projex inspected and created a tender package including schedule of works to suit the Landlord and their prospective new Tenant. Projex then co-ordinated the tender process and evaluation with structural and mechanical and electrical consultants. Following contractor selection and formulating the contract with client bespoke amendments, Projex administrated the contract to provide a unit for the Landlord to hand to the Tenant. The works were undertaken in April 2017 and completed in a 5 week programme.
