Windmill Hill is a new build, eight storey residential scheme with basement car parking and located within a prime city centre position.
The residential scheme will consist of 304 high quality apartments with 107 one bedroom apartments and 197 two bedroom apartments with bathroom and en suites. The scheme is situated in a prime city centre location, less than 10 minutes walk from Grand Central train station.
The brownfield site has some complex site constraints including site levels and co-ordination with the site boundary and highways as well as existing structures within the ground which has led to complex ground works design.
The works are progressing on site and are due to a phased handover with overall completion 3rd quarter 2020.
