Projex has promoted Mark Rose to senior quantity surveyor and made two new appointments at its Solihull office.
Based in Leeds, Mark joined Projex in 2015 and is assisting on developments including Pershore Street, a 344-apartment scheme for Link City and the first new build PRS (private rented sector) scheme in Birmingham, as well as the Windmill Hill residential scheme in Birmingham for Court Collaboration.
New appointments at the Solihull office include Hannah Crump as assistant project manager and Caolin Thomas as assistant quantity surveyor.
Hannah joins from London consultancy, Equals Consulting, where she has spent the past two years assisting on the construction of a new underground distillery for McCallan Whiskey.
Double scholar Caolin Thomas has recently graduated with first class honours in quantity surveying from Birmingham City University whilst also undertaking an HNC in construction at South and City College.
