Projex has made a number of new appointments and promotions at its Leeds and Solihull offices.
The project management teams have been boosted with the appointments of Anthony Holman and Peter Fahy.
Anthony joins as senior project manager and was formerly group mobilisation/implementation manager for Pure Datacentres. He has particular experience in the critical environment and data centre arenas within financial and corporate organisations.
Project manager, Peter Fahy, has 25 years’ experience within the property and construction sectors, initially working for BT within its real estate team followed by the last 15 years in project management. He is currently helping to deliver a number of data centre schemes including HV and cooling infrastructure upgrades, as well as mixed use city retail schemes.
Formerly health and safety consultant at a specialist Leeds-based project management, health and safety consultancy and health & safety training provider, Jayne Wragg joins the PD team as health and safety consultant.
Louise Wilson also joins the Solihull team as accounts assistant.
Meanwhile, Leeds-based Adam Reay and Glen Anderson have both been promoted to senior surveyor.
Adam has recently completed a two-year secondment with Landsec as a client-side project manager, working on various retail and commercial schemes.
Glen has been busy with the £30 million leisure phase of Rushden Lakes Shopping Park and the transformation of 55 Colmore Row, Birmingham, into one of Birmingham’s most prestigious business addresses. The £30m mixed scheme secured three of the largest office requirements in the local market in 2017 with lettings to the RICS, Pinsent Masons and Savills.
Luke Askill has been promoted from graduate surveyor to project surveyor. He joined Projex from Nottingham Trent University in 2015 and has already established himself as an invaluable member of the Projex team, assisting in the delivery of some major projects across the UK. He is currently working towards chartered status.
