Projex has handed over six new restaurants as part of the £15m leisure expansion to the White Rose Centre, Leeds.
The 65,000 sq ft extension also includes an 11-screen Cineworld Cinema with Imax technology that will open later this year.
Owned by Trinity Leeds developer, Land Securities, the south Leeds centre has more than 100 retail and restaurant units and extensions to existing anchor stores Debenhams and Primark are planned for a later phase.
Projex is providing project management, cost consultancy and principal designer (CDMC) services and is a retained advisor for Land Securities on their other retail schemes across the UK.
The Harris Partnership designed the extension and the contractor is Morgan Sindall.
